APE1/Ref-1 in Human colon tissue. APE1/Ref-1 was detected in a 

PFA fixed paraffin-embedded section of human colon tissue using 

an APE1/Ref-1 monoclonal antibody (14E1).

 

  Detection of mouse APE1/Ref-1 by western blotting. Western blot 

  showing lysates of mouse tissue (Liver and Kidney). 

  The APE1/Ref-1 band with approximately 36.5kDa was detected.

Using an APE1/Ref-1 monoclonal antibody (14E1), immunofluorescence labeling for APE1/Ref-1 in the thoracic aorta of ApoE-/- mice fed with a Western-type diet (WD). Aortic tissues were immunolabeled using Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated anti-APE1/Ref-1 (green). Cell nuclei were stained with 4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) (blue).
