컨트롤러 부착형 히팅맨틀, 라운드플라스크용, 디지털형
■ Heating mantles for round botton flask (Digital)
■ Digital PID Temperature controller가 내장된 Standard형 Heating mantle.
■ Digital PID auto-tuning 기능을 이용한 온도조절기를 사용하여
정확하게 온도를 조절하며 설정온도와 실제온도를 동시에 확인 가능.
■ Timer 기능이 내장된 Temperature controller. (99hr 59min)
■ 450℃ 이상의 내부온도에서 견디는 내열성과, 내구성이
강한 Aluminum housing구조, 내부식성의 Powder coating.
■ 고온에 강한 내열성인 ceramic fiber의 사용으로 단열성이 우수하고 또한,
이중 Housing(DM601~ DM607)구조로 설계되어 있으므로 사용중에도 mantle의
표면 온도는 사용자의 안전을 고려하여 항상 안전하게 낮은 온도로 유지된다.
■ Mantle 내부의 Heating element는 부드러운 Glass fiber로 형성 되어 있기 때문에
flask의 손상을 방지하며 Heating element와 flask의 밀착성이 뛰어나 열 효율이 우수하다.
■ 외부 온도 센서를 사용하면 직접 Sample의 온도를 제어할
수 있고 정밀 실험이 가능하다. (외부온도센서 : Option)
